MY LIFE AND PASSION AS A FITNESS INSTRUCTOR PART 2.......
halo n evening all frenssss.........It's friday already , and tomorrow saturday 16th of july 2011 , me n my dear club members will be going to penang for our 2nd JLN2 CARI MAKAN PART 2.......He....he....The first jln2 cari makan was in muar johor n melaka last year........It was such a great holiday for us and that's why we're planning this 2nd jln2 cari makan a bit further up to the north of malaysia.......Let me tell u a little bit about my dear club members....All of my club members are of course ladies , married , housewife n also working mothers......Some of them have been with me for more than 6 or 7 years , and some of them i've known for only 2 years since i've opened my fitness club.......My two best fren or u can say my mkn2 fren are lyna n wati igoe.....I've known lyna since i was a recording artist , and that was about 12-15years back....At that time she was working with the Karangkraf , and me as an artist always went to karangkraf for photoshoot for the entertainment magazine.....WHO WOULD EXPECT THAT ONE DAY SHE WILL BE MY KAWAN MAKAN FOR ALMOST EVERYDAY....he...he....Every morning we will always go for breakfast together with another fren that is WATIE IGOE.......Watie is a sabahan lady , married to a mat salleh , and happen to be my neighbour in KGSAAS..........Another longtime fren of mine is of course PN ROZLINA THE LAWYER.........he...he...what a great frensss i have here , all with a special backgrounds........They always come for my classes and i'm really happy to see them everytime i teach classes.....They are like my LIFE supporters everytime i do my classes........As a fitness instructors , i've met a lot of different people every time , everywhere n every places that i went........For instance in Penang i have a few good frenss that is MAK WAN BEE N MIRAN HER DAUGHTER.........I still remember during my last visit to penang , mak wan n miran helped me to find good food around penang.....And hopefully i will get to meet up with them again this time........Life as a fitness instructor is not much different from my life as a recording artist..........I can still enjoy music n singing even though i am teaching aerobics......I always love to sing my own songs whenever i have the chance to do cooling down with my aerobic participants...... Some of them still recognise me as an artist an even asked for an autographed....He...he.....Thank u my dear fans who still remember me.......At my fitness club i love to teach different2 classes everytime i teach aerobics......I make sure that every day is a different type of exercise , and my members will get the best workout ever , everytime they come for classes.....Alhamdulilah , i can see that there's a good change in the appearance of some of the club members.....They looked more happy , positive n of course more toned body n sexy........I think every women should workout and put exercise as a routine in everyday life.........So , frensss that's it for now........Insyaallah we will meet again after my trip to penang ......Salam from me ADILLA IDRIS.....

Good morning everyone.......It's monday again today......Such a beautiful monday morning n alhamdulilah i am fasting today......He...he....next month is puasa month already and i just want to get used to the idea , of not eating during day time........Been busy with my life as a mother , and july is a birthday month for all my PRINCE'S.........HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL MY PRINCE'S.............Today i'm going to share with u all about my life as a fitness instructor......How in the first place , from a singer n a housewife , i've added fitness into my everyday lifestyle.........Well it's all started after i gave birth to my first prince , and that was about 13 years back......I was about 75kg when i'm pregnant with my first prince , and after delivery i weigh about 72kg.........My normal weight before pregnant is only 56kg........WOW.....that is too much , how am i going to shed all those fats from my body.........He...he....With all the determination n supports from hubby n frenss , i started to join a fitness club in shah alam........That was the first fitness club that i've joined and it's especially for women only..........From there onwards i started to fall in love with fitness life.....I've shed a few kg's from 72kg-67kg in about 3 months after i join the classes there.........The owner who also turn to be my SIFU , taught me how to stay fit n healthy after delivery....Alhamdulilah after a lot of hardwork n JAGA MAKAN , i finally get back to my normal weight ...........From here that i finally realise that it's good to always exercise n stay fit at the same time........ So i've taken all the preparations to be a qualified fitness instructor.........I follow everywhere my SIFU teach aerobics , and i learn all the necessary things from her..... THANK U DEAR SIFU......I WON'T FORGET UR KINDNESS ........Yess it's all started from just want to shed all the baby fats after giving birth.......And now i'm already one of the MASTER TRAINER for the minisrty of youth n sports malaysia.......I love my new life as a fitness instructor as much as i love my life as a singer.......I've been teaching aerobics all over malaysia with the ministry of youth n sports malaysia..........While exercising i get to know more fitness frenss from all over malaysia , and that is awesome......They're still frenss with me until now.........I've been teaching aerobics profesionally for about 10 years now , and i've owned ADILLA FITNESS CLUB since 2008..........Well that is some of the short story about how i get to be involve in the fitness life.......So frensss that's it for now......hope u enjoy the story n lastly do watch this retro dance video from me n club members......happy watching.......
